I am a HUGE fan of Montes so I was so excited to read this! Two words short and sweet. If you are looking for a lighthearted read, something that won't keep you lying awake at night and throwing your kindle at the wall, this is your story.

Julian and Natalie are the epitome of the phrase, 'you don't know what you have until it's gone.'

Getting to witness the trials and tribulations of a second chance love story and seeing just how far some will go to get back what they had was wonderful to witness.

This love story is a wonderful quick read although I wish it would have been longer.

The story line itself was great, just not quite enough meat to it.

I give The Last Round a lighthearted 4 STARS.

I have been on a fast paced roller coaster that I absolutely never want to get off of. First, this amazing author wowed me with her Senses series. I thought, 'No way will she be able to make me fall for so many characters again.'

Well, foot...meet mouth.

I think a lot of the reason that I fell so hard for this series, these stories and all of the characters is because I had never read any of her books, (please don't throw stones). So, when I fell upon her books I decided to go head first and oh what a ride it has been. I can honestly say that being able to start with book one and read up to 6 books all in one sitting was phenomenal. No breaks, no waiting for the next installment to come out, no massive cliffhangers. Don't get me wrong THERE ARE CLIFFHANGERS! Just having the next book ready to go was a complete saving grace.

If you have never heard of her Senses series, go buy it. I promise it will knock you socks off. If you have never heard of this Adrenaline series...what the heck are waiting for?!

By the time time you get to this story, (book 6), you will be chomping at the bit. All your questions will be answered and you can finally take that DEEP BREATH you have been dying to take since the very first page of book one.

Xavier Neal, you are amazing. Your writing style is top notch and I am still scratching my head trying to figure out how the heck you make me become so obsessed with each and every character. Needing to hear their story, begging for them all to get their HEA.

Iconic was everything I hoped for and more.

Just when I thought this author could not make me fall...hard....for another...

Xavier Neal can write about Fighters. That was a given and I loved her other series so when given the opportunity to read another one of her series I was like, 'Sign Me Up!'

Street racers, never read a story about them. I was sure she had a tough act to follow, I had a MAJOR hangover from her last series. Well, to NO surprise I was sucked in immediately. Totally consumed with Merrick McCoy.

Cliffhanger...I expected nothing less. When I read the last line, I had the normal feels after an Xavier Neal story. COMPLETLY FABERGASTED! Not wanting to wait another minute to continue.

Excellent start to what I'm sure will be a story that just might lead to the mother of all hangovers. Thank god it's just book one...

And so the story continues.....THANK GOD!

Book 2 picks up right where the story left us...anxiously wanting more. I feel like this is where we finally get a good look at the other characters. The people that you will eventually want to know everything about it. After all, that's what this author is so well known for. Making you fall for each and every single character.

These McCoy boys. Hot after hotter. No doubt this story and this series has taken a different turn and as much as I love Merrick, I feel like this book I need to make more room in my heart. These McCoy boys are going to be the death of me.

Cliffhanger....well of course! I wouldn't have it any other way! * insert sarcastic sigh *

Absolute perfection, expected nothing less. 5 adrenaline pumping stars!

Masterpiece (Adrenaline Series book 3)

This title is the perfect description for book 3 in this series. It is everything you expect and more. There is suspense, angst, sadness, comedy and a whole lot of romance. I could NOT put this book down. I felt so many emotions during reading this story. I was cursing the author one minute and crying the next with the word brilliant on the tip of my tongue.

Just like I felt in her last series, the main characters story may be coming to an HEA but there is so much more to be said. I feel a satisfaction in knowing the fate of Jovi and Merrick but there is still so much left undone. I have become completely attached to so many characters in this series, there is no way this story can end.

Thank you Xavier Neal for an amazing story. The new age Romeo and Juliet.

3 words....I'm in deep.

4 books in and I am an emotional freaking mess. This author is so close to sending me over the edge. I feel like I am dangling off of a cliff, barely hanging on.

These McCoy boys, man, each one of them will grab a piece of your heart. And that's the problem. You never know what this author is going to do next so I am frantically holding on to each and every one of these characters.

One problem...NO MORE TRIPS TO THE JUNKYARD!

Wanna know what I am talking about? Read this book. Read the entire Adrenaline Series and you will be screaming those exact words, I promise.

Xavier Neal, you are gutting me. I curse your name as I sit here, cry and wipe the snot from my nose, not being able to put this book, or this entire series down. Why must you torture me.

I DON'T WANT IT TO END!

5 books in...5 stories and over a thousand pages of being with the McCoy family. I can already see the mother of all hangovers coming. The end is near.

Destin McCoy, I love you so hard. No more than the rest of the McCoy boys but your story was, like all the others, epic. Each page I read the more invested I become. And the best news of all....NO TRIP TO THE JUNKYARD!

But I still a few unanswered questions. For example, Christmas...every story has been leading up to this event and it's DRIVING ME CRAZY! I want to read it, but I don't because that means the story is over and that just can't happen right now, I'm not ready. Also, THE DEVIL...I mean come on Xavier, I have to know how it all ends! No, wait, because once you do the story is over...again...I will repeat, I'm not quite ready for that.

Tell me! No, don't tell me! Aaaaaarrrggg!!!

Once again, another epic, amazing, and emotional story.

Pulling away, he looked down at me, a sexy grin on his face. “You’re so fucking sweet, baby,” he whispered. “I bet you taste sweet, too.”

I moaned loudly as he slipped his finger inside the lace covering me and swiped it softly across my throbbing center. Before I could really begin to enjoy it, he pulled his glistening finger out and sucked it between his lips. Seeing him taste my juices turned me on in a way I never imagined and the throbbing intensified. 

“Mmmm. Honeysuckle.” He closed his eyes and sucked once more at his finger. 

I moved to lean into him, but before I could, he dropped to his knees in front of me. His hands moved up my outer thighs, taking my dress with it, and then he was peeling my boy shorts off. Cold air rushed over my soaked folds as he shuffled them down my thighs to my knees and over my boots. And when I lifted my foot to help him take them off, he smiled to himself. 

This was really happening, and I wasn’t sure I could stop it even if I wanted to. I was too far gone. I don’t know if it was the last few weeks of mental foreplay or the alcohol I’d consumed, but the second he slipped his hot tongue between my folds and sucked me, I didn’t care what happened. I only knew he was soothing the throbbing ache.

“Sawyer,” I whispered as my head fell back against the door with a thump. “Ah, God.”  

I’d never let anyone in my personal space this way, but damn if I could stop him. The sensations that spread through me as he feasted on my sensitive flesh were beyond amazing. I found myself whining like a little bitch and begging with my moans for him to keep going. 

My fingers moved into his hair, holding him to my body. Lifting my leg onto his shoulder, he opened me to him as he continuously licked and sucked, sending my body into a frenzied state. 

“Yes. Oh my God, Sawyer, yes. What are you doing to me? I can’t …”

He didn’t answer. 

Instead, he pushed a single finger into me and slowly began to work it in and out. My knees began to shake, the door the only thing holding me up, and I panted as the sensation of release slowly began to move over me. 

Sliding a second finger into me, he worked back and forth and in and out. His tongue twirling my hardened nub before softly sucking, and I was done. 

I exploded.

There is always one thing I know I can count on when starting a Tabatha Vargo book. The opening line is sure to be jaw dropping.

'Tittie-f*cking a B cup is the equivalent of rubbing your hard c*ck against a cushioned wall.'

Now, I didn't think twice about signing up to read this story. I am a huge fan of this author and every single book she has written has been an amazing ride. With that being said, I have hard limits. Story lines that for whatever reason make my chest ache. I absolutely avoid these types of books...hence the hard limit.

Well all be damned if this one took me by total surprise. I believe the whisper of 'well mutherfucker' came to my lips when I realized what I was about to read and how hard this was going to be for me. I did what I always do in these situations, I flipped to the back to see if my heart could handle the pages ahead of me.....

Enough with the heavy. How could a book that I cursed the whole way through be a 5 star read?

Well, the story line was epic. The writing style was amazing and the author has a way of sucking you in from the very beginning. I have loved every single story that has come from Tabatha Vargo and this one was no different. Be prepared to laugh. Be prepared to cry...a lot.

Sacked is a must read.

Okay now since that is out of the way, Stephanie Rose you get me every time! I LOVED Evan and Paige’s story. From the first page I knew I was in for an emotional roller coaster and I still am. I could not put the book down, Literally I could not get enough that I stayed up until 2AM reading this! Your words hit me to the bone and I am getting emotional writing this now! I connected with Paige, she was a character I see myself in a lot. She kept her heart on her sleeve but was one tough cookie! Evan, swoon, there are so many things I could say to describe him that I don’t know what is the best to do so. I fell in love with him even before Paige did! Cheesy right? From the first page to the time I read the end I was smiling like an idiot, crying happy tears and some sad, laughing at the conversations that the characters were having and so much more. I also loved Jack and Ellie. I can picture them perfectly and my heart is still heavy for this family. It really hit me in my core, the story is wonderful of troubling times that everyone faces and that I have seen firsthand in my life too. I will defiantly reread this story over and over in the future. God I’m getting teary eyed again writing this review on this book! Truly you need to get this book and see that love does concur all. I honestly have ready many books in the past and this one really got to me. In the best ways possible! Stephanie again I cannot wait to see what you have to come. Your writing is amazing and I felt everything from beginning to end with Evan and Paige to the other characters such as Jack, Ellie, John, Tess, and Natalie. You need to get this book now and get ready for a ride that hope you enjoyed as much as I did. Since you are done ready this here is the fourth thing you need to do.

“So, are you . . . interested in anyone now?” Evan leaned forward, his voice low and husky.

“Actually, yes I am.” Oh God, I was really doing this! “He’s a friend of mine, so it’s a little weird . . . but he’s sweet and sexy . . . and it annoys me that I never noticed how amazing he was. I think he might be interested, too—but like I said, my instincts are shit so who knows.” I shrugged and took a sip of my coffee, pretending to focus my attention on my computer screen.

Holy Moly Batman! The anticipation for this book was killing me I jumped right in and didn’t come up for air until about 2AM! Yes you read that right 2AM in the morning! Once I started I couldn’t put it down. Since Hate to Love you, the first book, left me wondering where this will book would take me I was ready to get in! I Hated to Love this book. In the absolute way possible!

Chase and Ari’s relationship and story is amazing. The dynamic of the story is unbelievable. The uncertainty I felt when started slowly fading away. I felt like everything was right at the moment then….BAM! I was hit with so much emotion I was crying ugly tears! I was broken but as good as Isabelle is it took me awhile to get over that event. She sucked me back in and I was happy again! I had no idea where the story was going to go because it was sooooo good at the moment. I love Ari and Chase. On a side note I have to mention Charlie and Spencer, I love these two, they are the best like seriously if they were real we would be together all the freaking time! Charlie is hoot and I love the relationship she has with Chase and especially the one she has with Ari. Spencer when he gets involved is hilarious. Always giving Chase crap because he got it from him for YEARS!

Time to really grab the tissues. Big fat ugly tears! I just knew something was going to come out of this and it wasn’t going to be good at all. What is life? What is life? Gosh I don’t even know how to exactly explaining what I am feeling half way through the book. The rollercoaster is far from over and I am ready for this to go down! I was on the edge of my seat from this moment on. I don’t know how many times I wanted to throw my kindle at the wall and then there were times I just wanted to hug it so I could hug Ari personally! Isabelle you really do this to me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!

Towards to end of the book I was so freaking happy my cheeks hurt from reading it! Especially the running photography part! I can’t believe that was actually in there! Facing fears and breaking down walls is exactly what Chase and Ari did thru the whole book. Overcoming what is thrown at you and the downfalls and the struggle to get back to where you want to be. Gosh I have so many things I could say and it wouldn’t be enough for this book!

Chase and Ari story is a journey that I will go through over and over again as I re-read this book. The emotions that I felt going through this book is happy, throw my kindle at the wall, crying ugly tears (which is so worth it), and I never expected it do be this big of a rollercoaster. I am still in book hangover mode. I felt like I was there through it all and I think that’s how you should always feel reading. Isabelle girl you really have done it again and I cannot wait for more to come from you. You did it girl!!!!
