I'm not one of those people that has loved reading since they were little. No, in high school you couldn't pay me to read a book. It wasn't until a few years ago that I discovered the greatness of books. My daughter was reading Twilight and said, "MOM, you have to read this!" Well, since she asked I figured why not. Like millions of others, I loved them. Went to see the movie and realized the books were so much better! Maybe I could really get into this reading thing. I then discovered JR Ward and The Blackdagger Brotherhood. Hello paranormal romance!
With a major hangover, I decided to try something a little bit different. I read Pulse and Collide by Gail McHugh and it rocked . . . my . . . world. It was then that I decided contemporary romance was the bomb! "This is like TV for your brain!" And so it began . . .
I had no idea what "blogging" was. I just knew I loved reading, absolutely loved interacting with the authors of my favorite books and had so much fun talking to readers who felt the same way I do. Some very good friends of mine ask me if I would like to try and hence another blogger was born.
I want to thank a few people who gave me the encouragement I needed and the push into taking the next step. My husband, lord help him, has been my biggest supporter. He has had to listen to all the ups and downs of a bloggers life. So, when he said "Go for it," I knew it was time.
There is also a fabulous-4-some I owe a lot to. Jamie, Cristin, Claudia and Toshia. Thank you so much for all your help. You took a shy fan girl and turned her into a confident and hopefully successful blogger.
XOXO Stacey

ONE – Have tissues on hand. This could get ugly.
LEVEL
TWO – Have a roll of toilet paper handy and a plastic
Walmart bag to dispose of it all so it doesn't look like it snowed
INSIDE your house.
LEVEL
THREE – Make sure you wear an old shirt when you read
because you have no idea how hard it is to get snot off t-shirts?
Plan on using both arms of your shirt as well as maybe the lining on
the bottom.
