I had it all––until I didn’t.

When my job, my livelihood, and my passion are suddenly snatched away from me, I’m left scrambling to keep my head above water. Desperate, I’m forced to walk into the last place I ever thought I’d go. Little did I know that I’d come face-to-face with the woman who would help me pick up the pieces of my unraveled life.

Rebecca Toler’s living the dream––or so I thought.

Beautiful, funny, and tough as nails, she answers to no one. In other words, she was born to be mine.
One problem—she hates me.

It’s time to take my life back, and I’m starting with her.
But, as I’ve learned over the years, sometimes the toughest fight of your life is outside the cage.

Excerpt

For the next three hours I’m swamped answering calls—thankfully no more real estate agents—and helping anyone that comes in while trying to finalize the boys’ events for the next month. When that damn bell chimes for the hundredth time today, I plaster a forced smile on my face and glance up. When my eyes finally focus on the man walking through the door, the smile vanishes and my jaw falls open.

What the actual fuck?

His head is high as he looks around, studying the room. After giving the gym a quick onceover, his gaze finally lands on where I’m seated behind the desk. Our eyes meet and my heart hammers, the pounding so loud I fear he can hear it from across the room. I tear my gaze away from his and scan his body, surprised at the physical reaction I’m having to him.

With a slight shake of my head, I slap my palms on the paper-covered wood, and shove out of my chair, causing it to shoot out at least ten feet behind me. “You have some nerve walking in here.”

He stops in his tracks and blinks at me before an easy smile crosses his face. “Rebecca Toler. Shoulda known I’d see you here.” He drawls as he continues walking toward me.

My pulse is pounding in my ears and my stomach is practicing its floor routine for the Olympics as I stare at the man in front of me. Taking a minute to appreciate his strong jaw line that’s covered in scruff, I notice that his hair is in desperate need of a trim as it falls across one eye.

Fuck, he’s sexy.

He always had been. Regardless how much it pains me to admit it. Though his looks weren’t why I wanted to full body hurl him from the building. Memories of our last interaction flood my mind, along with the hurt and anger I’d felt.

“How ya been, Reb?” he asks with a familiarity he doesn’t have.

His use of my nickname, a familiarity he doesn’t have––or deserve––causes me to snap childishly, “Who said you could call me that?”

He grins, but doesn’t reply.

Fuck, that grin is hot.

“What are you doing in Atlanta, Ryker?” I ask, attitude still thick in my voice.

He takes his time looking me over and my body betrays me by flushing at the attention. His eyes are appreciative of what they see, but strangely enough, it doesn’t feel like he’s ogling me.

He steps forward and shoves his hands in the pockets of his washed out jeans that hang low on his hips. “Well, I was in town and thought I’d stop in and say hello to my buddy Breccan. Seeing you is an unexpected bonus.” His lips tip up in a smile and my stomach flips again.

“Your buddy?” I hiss through clenched teeth while attempting not to let my gaze linger on his pants any longer. The thought of Ryker and Breccan ever being buddies would have been funny, if I wasn’t too shocked to laugh.

His gaze finally makes it back to mine and he nods once.

For a few moments we simply stare at each other, him smiling while I scowl.

REVIEW
Not to toot my own horn or anything but I TOTALLY CALLED THIS. A.S. Teague is the newest fighter romance BOMB!

When I jumped on the debut of this up and coming author I was so excited. I am a HUGE sports romance fan and fighter romance is my absolute favorite. Obviously I was going to take a chance on the new chic on the block and THANK GOD I DID.

This book gave me the exact feels as her first one. I have to say...I love it when I read a FIGHTER story that actually has FIGHTING in it.

Ryker will absolutely melt your heart. Like literally. I loved him from the get go. And I totally loved the spitfire known as Rebecca. Not to often do I love the heroine but in this case she was fantastic. The mouth on that girl, holy shit!

If you loved Undisputed (which I'm sure you did). You will love this one even more. You get to hang out with some characters you already love, meet some new ones to fill your heart and even get a shout out from a certain someone WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE. Can't tell you who, you will just have to buy the book.

This was an amazing continuation to an author I KNEW was going to be a rock star! A.S. Teague, I will continue to stalk you....waiting for that next masterpiece.
So, to sum up my feelings on this amazing story and this amazing new author......TOOT TOOT!!!

REVIEW
I absolutely loved this book! From the amazingly HOT cover to the very last line of the story.

I became attached to Andy very early on in the first Anything But Minor so to find out that we finally got his story had me chomping at the bit for this to land on my kindle!

There is just something about a guy with a soft, sensitive and vulnerable inside and rough and tough, hard as nails outside. I can tell you that I love reading stories with the male POV and being inside Andy was EXACTLY where I wanted to me. ~wink~

This story had everything! Laugh out loud moments. Scenes that will no doubt make you blush. And enough sighs to make you fall madly in love with him.

Unlike Andy and April, I am going to speak my mind....out loud....right from the start.
I LOVE THIS BOOK! I LOVED THE FIRST ONE BUT I TOTALLY THINK THIS ONE WAS FUCKING HOME RUN. I AM CLAIMING ANDY, HE IS MY MAJOR LOVE!

REVIEW
I think the best and most appropriate way to convey my feelings for this book would be to explain it in cupcake form....

First and most importantly you have to get the oven turned on.....HOT...which so reminds me of the extreme hotness that goes on in the book. I don't think I will ever be able to turn on the oven and not picture the high temps I was feeling while reading this.

Next, you have the cake. Light and fluffy. This explains how I felt this story line went. Was it dense and heavy? Nope. If had the perfect feel to it. A light read with all that fluffy contemporary stuff that we all know and love so much.

Next comes the frosting. Sweet. There were so many sweet sides to Hayes. Not just him but the relationship he pursues (or tries to) with Saylor.

And finally, the tasting. At first glance you get that “oh wow' factor and then you go in for a taste. The light and fluffy melts in your mouth leaving that feeling of contentment. After that the icing slides down your throat making you groan not so quietly. Sweet and sinful, just how I like it. Last but not least you enjoy the 5 SPRINKLES that were strategically placed for your viewing pleasure.
Did I mention those 5 SPRINKLES just so happen to be stars??

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

New York Times Bestselling author K. Bromberg writes contemporary novels that contain a mixture of sweet, emotional, a whole lot of sexy, and a little bit of real. She likes to write strong heroines, and damaged heroes who we love to hate and hate to love.

She’s a mixture of most of her female characters: sassy, intelligent, stubborn, reserved, outgoing, driven, emotional, strong, and wears her heart on her sleeve. All of which she displays daily with her husband and three children where they live in Southern California.

On a whim, K. Bromberg decided to try her hand at this writing thing. Since then she has written The Driven Series (Driven, Fueled, Crashed, Raced, Aced), the standalone Driven Novels (Slow Burn, Sweet Ache, Hard Beat, and Down Shift), and a novella (UnRaveled). She is currently finishing up Sweet Cheeks a standalone novel out November 14th.

Her plans for 2017 include a sports romance duet (2 books: The Player, The Catch) and the Everyday Heroes series (3 books: Cuffed, Combust, and Cockpit). She’s also writing a novella for the 1,001 Dark Night series that will be out in February 2017.

She loves to hear from her readers so make sure you check her out on social media.
